Iris, i don't get what you mean with Iris Diaphragm, and i cannot open your files, i do not work with Sketch nor AutoCad, could you send me some screen-prints? or post them here?

Still a mess - only had 30 minutes to work on it. I can finish it after work if you need it to be more accurate to your drawing.
