thank you for inviting .. sorry I have deleted your message suddenly and I couldn't read it whole.
Something about me:
Today I didn't work so much with grasshopper, either I like it very much ..but as a productdesigner I spend my last time arround a businessidea with one of my products.
Now I'm learning flex/flash and perhaps away3D, with is a framework for 3D in flash, ...for the businessIdea
so long about me

hey sir needed a favour to ask you actually i was practicising grasshopper with help of an ebook i found in this forum "algorithmic modelling "
by mohammad khabazi and i m stuck data sets and math actually the thing s there was a practice use of series shown in it wen i used it the result was coming awkward in the sense the fuction given was to make a circle but i didnt knew were to write the fuction i just made a hit and try and the result was only a quadrant as a result i even changed the input values but the result ws still a circle
is it possible for you to share some link where i can learn the proper way of using the math and data functions
reply"only grasshopper ?":
grasshopper(modeling) + hypershot(rendering)
actually, they are just a series of balls
it's the Boolean cuts for a stadium project, you can see it in my post :)
hi mohammed, when grasshopper first came out (it was called (expolicit history) i asked david rutten the same question....how to start.
he said there is no starting point, no tutorial.
it depends on what you want to do with it.
i would recommend to download the primer pdfs available on the blog, to get familiar with the interface.
gh is a very logic software (at least for me)...the workflow that i have is.
-first, bes sure what my problem is, draw it by hand....few conceptual drawings.
-then see the way, how this could be done in rhino by its own(you said you know cad...right....then you know rhino.....see tools-option -aliases-setup the same aliases you have in cad, some wont work....but theres a bunch that will, such as copy, trim, move, line , polyline, extrude, fillet and so on)...gh takes rhino and makes automatic-recursive operations with it, that you can change and adapt endlesly.
-then identify what componets you need to use in gh to achive the same tak....say on step 2, you drew a line with even point sdv....so in gh you will do the same.
i hope this works for you as it has for me ....so far...
share your ideas in the forum, its a very good place to get d}some feedback
