algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi there,
I'm missing some outputs from the results, even though I set everything in the HB generate output component to true. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I didn't want to attach my file because it's very messy. It will take a while to clean it up. I'll try to organize the file a little bit and I'll post it.

Here are the files, the zone construction components are grouped in a box with a blue background. I'm having an additional problem that happened after closing and opening the file, I can't create a custom EP construction, I get this error" 1. layer_1 is not a valid material name/definition. Create the material first and try again."
The custom EP construction components were ok until I re-opened the file. I grouped them in a box with a bright orange color.

The problem (or part of it) is that you didn't have updated components.
See attached, where almost everything is working (didn't test it, but they are not orange anymore). See two X marks (red and blue), where i updated the components. I left both the old and the new so you can see. Also HB_HB and LB_LB weren't last versions.
Also the EP_SetAirFlow wasn't updated correctly.
If some components don't work again, just Ctrl+B and Ctrl+E twice the HB_HB and LB_LB. Then pick the orange components that warn that you need to let the LB/HB fly first, and Ctrl+E them, also twice (disable/enable).

Thank you so much for your help, I thought I have the most updated components, because I remember downloading them from github, it turned out I'm wrong. I had the same issue before and Chris Macky pointed out that it's caused by using a mix of old and new components.
I fixed few other things and uploaded it again, I'm still unable to get the cooling loads to work, any ideas?
Hi Rania,
I think the reason is simple. Your zones are not conditioned. You need to set to true the input in the HB_createHBZones component.
Just need to say that it took forever for GH to respond after the simulation.
On another issue, are you aware that the HB_setRADMaterials is receiving input from wrong materials? Its input is for Radiance materials and you are hooking EP constructions names.

Would add that you should consider dividing the project in more thermal zones instead the only one you have.
Right now you will receive results, but i'll doubt their reliability. The only zone has all orientations and such a big size that makes me wonder.
Recommend to check the EP Getting Started document, around page 33.
