Minor number slider bug

There seems to be a bug in the number slider when changing the number of digits and the numeric value. For example:

- double click on the canvas and type 1.1

- double click on the number slider

- on the popup menu change the "digit" slider to 2, and manually move "numeric slider" to 1.05

-click OK

-the slider now displays 1.10 instead of 1.05
