Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello!
I have a quick question: I have lines going through different points on a curve. I need to exend these lines until they intersect with each other. Is there an easy way of doing this in grasshopper?

Thx in advance

Which ones are to intersect with which?

The idea is to extend all of the the lines until the point of their intersection. The ones which are parallel to each other should not be extended as there will be no point of intersection.

They're all lines, right?

Mathematical line line intersection will intersect (if possible) regardless of the current lines extends.

still the question: which lines do you want to intersect with which?

until the point of their intersection.

Sorry to be pedantic, but the intersection point you describe is to vague for an algorithm.

Have a look at the image below.

There are any number of options available some make sense some don't but there is not a clear criteria as to which fits the bill

EDIT: Maybe you could sketch on top of this image to indicate which you think should intersect.
