If you post all of your ideas on this forum and then threaten to take legal action against anyone who uses them, you will be suspended for Spamming.

This site's principle purpose is for Grasshopper, a plug-in for Rhino. If you do not show case your work with Grasshopper in mind then why should it be here? Unless it is intended for inspiration, which should not come with a caveat.

If you feel that I may have overstepped the mark in suspending you and would like to be re-instated please email david@mcneel.com stating your case. Please include the link to your "Personal" blog with the "threatening legal language".

I use the term Legal very loosely here. But as the poster claims, rightly or wrongly, to be the inventor of the Twisted Tower, I thought it right that we should protect his intellectual property.

Maybe we can convince Evolute to patent twisted towers and voronoi diagrams...

Surely God can lay claim to being the inventor of this with his twisted spire of Chesterfield Church. Thus making it a naturally occurring phenomenon... oh wait you're right it should go to Evolute :)
