What you attached is a vector field. But that does not explain the way you intend to use cfd analysis for generating the shape of your building. I do not know how to achieve that.
While you could easily optimize a shape based on solar insolation (by using Ladybug, Diva, Geco), one can not just do the same to optimize the shape due to wind impact. Bear in mind that cfd is generally very complex area in mechanics.
Currently, the only native CFD solver (but 2d) for grasshopper is Goldfish plugin.
Geco authors, have succedded in running cfd analysis in Ecotect and conecting it to Grasshopper.
Maybe you could ask them more about the details.
Other than that are few independent applications using FlowEFD cfd add-on (SolidWorks, Catia, NX Pro Engineer...) that I prefer.
You also have open an source OpenFoam, which will be used for Ladybug plugin, somewhere in 2014.
If all above mentioned sounds a bit confusing, you could just play around with Vasari's Wind Tunnel, but that's it - you can't import back the numeric results from Vasari to Grasshopper.
You could try Geco-Ecotect cfd tutorial. Still I do not know how would you import back the analysis results into Grasshopper. I am not sure Geco has that kind of functionality among it's current components. Seems like a custom coding with knowledge of Lua is required. Better contact the Geco authors.
I can't help you more on "Wind" in Kangaroo. Try posting the same question in Kangaroo group.
By the way, I read my reply again and: my intention was not to promote FlowEFD in any way. There are definitively more cfd solvers out there, with far superior abilities. Just expressed my personal opinion and experience in usage on one of them.

I have done some experimenting with geco+ecotect+winair 4.
I have done a CFD analysis on an example building and with winair and ecotect i have now a vectorfield with different colors. Now i want to use those vectors to change a building. So a mesh or a surface. The mesh for example follows the aim of the vector or the facade/surface can be pushed and pulled by the vectors.
But i do not know how to do that?
maybe you or someone else could help me?
