Arc Blend in Grashopper

Hi,

I try to build something similar to the ArcBlend command in Rhino in grasshopper did somebody has a solution for that? I want to connect two curves with 2 arcs not with a nurbs curve ore something :)

actual i found a pdf but i think y math is not good enough :)
