algorithmic modeling for Rhino
What sort of hole? A hole that is because of the nurbs surface shape or because of trimming?
Nurbs surfaces never have holes on the inside, though they can create holes if you bend them around so that two edges touch. Breps on the other hand can have trimming data which can result in any number of holes on the interior of a surface (any surface, not just nurbs surfaces).

Oh ok sorry,
I have a bone in this is a channel inside. This is in reality as well. However, I do not want this hollow space it relates to my question. I hope it is now clearer.
Picture would be helpful, or even the actual geometry.

That doesn't look like a surface at all, that looks like a mesh. Or maybe it's a polysurface with a lot of facets. I can't tell for sure without the 3dm file.
Either way, I doubt you'll be able to automate hole removal in Grasshopper, it looks like it'll have to be a manual job.
