How to scale each cell created by a subsrf command?

Hi Michael,

Scale component requires a geometry you would like to scale, center of scaling and scaling factor. You do not need a cell edges. Check the attached files.

Clearly I was overcomplicating the matter. Using the area centers as the scaling center produced exacly the results I was looking for.
