I some times wonder if you are just winding me up!

Export help from the help menu

Export Help... FROM the HELP menu

Its right there in your picture between Grasshopper Support and Download SDK Help...

exceptionally not this time ...

I exported the help and then clicked on "Desktop"

==> nothing happend! No file was exported!

Not just a single file, as it spits out 2 files for every component installed (1 icon and 1 HTML help file) and then generates a webpage for the Summary to allow you to navigate easily between components.

I would "Make a New Folder" and select that.

I swear by the name of allah nothing happend. I made a new folder, but n o t h i n g has happend ... I'll try it again later ... Thank you for your help.
