BUG 0.9.0053: Ctrl+Alt Component Information

Hi David,

It would appear that after the component information arrows are displayed it switches focus to the previous application window that is up. If Rhino is the only program maximized it stays visible but if there is a program in the background they get the focus.

Also a little funny: keep Ctrl+Alt pressed and move the GH-Window. The arrows will stay on top of everything.

I managed to fix it, though it still flickers.
