Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Can I get something like this to be seen in Rhino with the help of Grasshopper OR with the help of Rhino OR with the help of BOTH?! :D

Can I change the style for the writing? Like have "Arial" for example?

Font for Strings?!

You should emphasize the fact that you are after the subscript text in conjunction with your normal text.

That's what I'm after ... exactly this.

The answer hasn't changed from the other day you will need to create two dependent reference planes one for the label and one for the subscript.

Here is an approximate example:

I'll have a look at this and try to figure it out now ... Thanks Danny ...

This is the last thing I need to get done ... For this excercise ...

For the next one, I guess I will try it alone ... Now I know "a bit"!!!

All this for ONE subscribt ... OMG

You could do it a bit simpler but you wouldn't have the freedom to change font size and everything stays the way you want it.

Also if you type xxx into the Label Panel or 123 into the integer you will see the beauty of having relative planes

The trick with parameterising this is to have all eventualities covered

Yes, I agree.

But all what I really want is to put (if possible in Arial Font) just one letter (just an x) with the subscribt "1,2" ...

This x with it's subscribt will just stay in a fixed place and won't move one millimeter during the motion ...

what are reference planes?

just normal planes? right? ...

like a plane for an arc for example? just a plane I mean?

Basic Principle.

Have one plane that x is going to be written at.

Define a vector to move this plane down and to the right.

Put the integer at this second plane

I'll try it :)
