There's no Mesh.gha. All the mesh components are part of Surface.gha

That class is called Component_MeshComponents and it's in Surface.gha

That's in Grasshopper.dll, Grasshopper.Kernel.Special namespace.

I'm obliged to inform you that disassembling any part of Grasshopper is in fact a breach of the license agreement. It's up to you whether you want to do it, but you should know it is not actually legal.

Geometry Pipeline already exists. Why would you want to exactly duplicate it?
