Interpolate - Intcrv (Making Terrain)

Hello everyone? 

I've faced some problem for making terrain. It is just usual school project that i need to make terrain for site analysis and stuffs. 

Before i writing this I've looked for some plug-in or other programs( this this this and this). but all of them doesn't work well or having some error. 

What I am doing is : 

finding a points which are the result of intersection between CAD survey contour line and surface i made. So that i'd use Interpolate command to connect the points. After this, I will loft to make my surface.

The problem is Interpolate command doesn't connect them in the order i want to do.

These green lines supposed to be one connected curve in each intersection.

And this is my definition. 
Please help me for making curve or any other option to make terrain.

P.S I've saved rhino file in rhino4.
