cant open rar on ning site. Just upload the .3dm its very simple. Click upload files and select your 3dm.

easy, delete everything in file except those curves you show in your screenshot and save as new :)

It's what I did, but I can't copy this on a new file because I've an evaluation copy of Rhino 5. I try to do something now.

im afraid this is not easy in gh, but why dont you just draw the boundary in rhino it should take you less than a minute?
