Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Did anybody see the automatic update message for 0.7.0037 on Grasshopper init?
It should only be visible if you've installed Grasshopper 0.7.0036 (yesterdays build).

hi david

sorry i meant the process of creating all of the component icons is stopped due to the verification process, after responding again everything is fine
first time i saw this i thought gh is crashing,....

another thing:
did you ever had time to have a look on the numerical input for sliders (group color and so on,....)
we talked some time ago about it

thanks to]
I already fixed that. The entire update process is threaded. Update to follow :)

I Can Has Update!
Hi David,

I donot think this is a bug ,but I prefer to let you know this. I have a GH v0.6.0059 def file, once I try to open it with a V0.7.x GH, V0.7.0036 give me endless error windows while v0.7.0037 just try to open it and let me waiting and waiting and waiting. File attached.

Hi Alpha,

I can open the file just fine. Do you open the Rhino file prior to opening the ghx file? What happens if you disable the solver first, then open the file?

The file you posted doesn't have a name (just an extension). Is that the case with the original as well?

I just cant believe this .I had tried to open the def with V0.7.0037 twice ,without any luck .However this time , I open it with no problem!!It's strange and good news as well. So never mind any more .Thanks David for your attention ,you are a very very good man !!

I notice if I upload a file with Chinese characters ,the result turns out to be a file without a name .This is not a problem I think.
Hi David, If I just open the gh def, it's ok. But if I open the the rhino file prior or if I set curves , then Gh's face becomes very white and I can do nothing but waiting until I have to end the rhino thread .With GH v0.6.0059, I have no problem .I will attach the rhino file .

ever since the update (i dont know if 35,35 or 37) whenever i plug a curve into an input i have to choose reparamatize on every node down the line. so if i have a curve and reparm it then plug that curve into a eval, i have to reparam the "c" of eval, and so on down the line.
Hi Robert,

I cannot repeat that with a curve I made. Can you post an example?

if you plug a reparamatized poly curve into explode and then and eval onto the output curves i guess i expected the exploded curve sections to also be reparamitized. but maybe it works as expected since its generating new curves?
