problem with Rhino 5 beta and Firefly!

Hi guys,

I've some problems with Firefly in RHino 5 beta...

When Grasshopper start this message appears:

An error occured during GHA assembly loading:
Path: C:\Users\fabrizio\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\Firefly_Build_1.0067\Firefly_Build 1.0067\Firefly Installation\Firefly_X.gha
Exception System.IO.FileNotFoundException:
Message: Impossibile caricare il file o l'assembly 'C_sawapan_media, Version=1.0.4590.16200, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' o una delle relative dipendenze. Impossibile trovare il file specificato.

I try to download again two folder into Firefly site here

but I can see only one part of Firefly command in Grasshopper...

Do you have any idea of this mistake?!?

Are you using Rhino 5.0 64-bit? The current version of Firefly only works on Rhino 5.0 32-bit and Rhino 4.0... this is because of an incompatibility issue with the C_sawapan_media.dll and 64-bit applications. We are working to resolve this. Please try using it on Rhino 5.0 32-bit or on Rhino 4.0.

i am facing the same issue of installing firefly on rhino 5 (64 bit.) - grasshopper 0.9.0014.

Hi Kartik. Can you make sure you have the latest service releases for Rhino 5 (SR3). Also, are you sure you have downloaded/installed the correct version (if you're using Rhino 5 64-bits, then you should be able to use the Firefly version which includes an installer). You may need to uninstall Firefly (using Add/Remove Programs) and then re-installing.

hi andy, i figured that i was installing the old version of firefly uptill now . (food4rhino hasnt yet updated the firefly new version). i just logged on to the main webpage of firefly and downloaded Firefly_Build_10067-Rhino-5... i have installed it and its working perfectly fine. Thank you andy for you prompt reply. regards.
