algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Alright so I gotta little problem, its probably an easy fix but I'm just not seeing it right now.  I wanna panel this 2d closed curve into my grid.  However the paneling plugin for rhino allows me to shift my grid points to allow overlapping so my pattern is all over and not just constrained to the square. However I can't seem to find this option in the grasshopper paneling section, when i try to move the grid points, the curve is always locked in the square.  Any ideas or work arounds, while still maintaining a closed curve?  thank you
