algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Check whether a closed curve boundary contains another shape

I have some closed curves as boundaries  (in the picture , the yellow curves).

Some of these boundaries have other closed curves inside them (in the pic. red curves)  and other boundaries dont.

How can I group the yellow curve-boundaries to those who dont contain any curves and to those that contain other curves inside ?
