Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi there! I was wondering if anyone could help me. I want to get the intersection points between the curves created with the component SurfaceMorph labeled as "Lineas Movidas". Thanks!

Flatten curves and Multiple curves component.

Thanks!!! It worked!! Now I want to use those intersection points to create a paneling pattern like the one in the diagrid picture, but using the curves I have in this system (not a diagrid). I was trying surface by points but I could not make it work. Any suggestions??

Thanks!

Hi Maria
DIAGRID PANELS is a script and works with points as tree, so it's easier deform a rectangular grid, then find the intersection points, manipulate this list to create a valid list, the advantage of this component need points as a input.
You can find the component from Mario T  HERE! good luck!

Thanks Erick for your quick response! Thats perfect and exactly what I want to achieve, I've downloaded Mario T's component, but I cant see how you used it,

Is there any way you could upload the gh file you used?

sorry i forgot to attach the file, to install the .ghuser you only drag and drop to the canvas and appears in the tab User =)

thanks!! I'm encountering a problem and I'm not really sure why! do you know why this error is happening?

may be a problem of list, point list and param viewer helps visualize indices and branches, check that all have the same number of branches and that have the same number of items, as the image, everything has its limitations although deforms the grid has to keep the trapezoids, it can't be very abrupteformation, in this case I use points attractors with little force, with a radius of influence that not exceed the surface limit.

Thank you for your time Erick! I couldn't get it to work. Could I send you, by any chance, the Rhino file that goes along with it by email?

done.
