Solid Difference

Hi David,
Can you tell me why the solid difference leaves the splitting object connected with my origninal object?
It does'nt make a proper difference...
I just don't get it.

Here it looks like it's working as it's supposed to. What do you mean with "connected with my original object"?
Could you post an image of what it's supposed to look (using standard rhino commands) and an image of what you are actually getting with grasshopper?

Well now its actually working ! Its like if there was a bug....
It was keeping the trimming object connected to it...
let me look at it and I'll come back with images.
