Hot Keys with Auto fill not working in new relase

Typically I use the shortcuts +1 or /2 to place operator components in the scene with the second input already loaded with the value. This does not seem to be working in the latest release. 

Wish: Renaming the input as the value? So -1 would name "B" to "1".
