Is it possible to create an incremental series??????

Hi,
is it possible to create an incremental series where its step size increases by 1 as the series goes on, a step size like +1(for the first number), +2 (the second number), +3 (the third number) and so on.instead of the conventional one where you plug in a step size of 2 and the whole list keeps on adding by 2. Can someone please help me? An image is attached for a clearer picture!
