algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Lattice Structure

Hi there, I am trying to create lattice structure for this not-so-boxy polysurface. i started from using brep component but i cant divide the surface in the brep's surface parameter/cant divide surface that i want, can anyone kindly enlighten me?

 

also, is there any way that i can manipulate the lattice structure so that some appear denser than other part for the building?

 

to give a clearer picture, it might be something like oma's cctv

 anyone?

hi igor, thanks for introducing such a great plug-in.

but did you see the rhino file attached? i have no idea how to create the grid on a non-square surface. i tried but grasshopper will just give me the lattice of a rectangle even though my surface is not it
