Moving points on a curve and get them and the remainder points to interpolate curve?

Hi all! Just a quick question about moving points and have them still connected to the other points.

So I placed a curve in Grasshopper from rhino, divided it, have a list of points and culled them to select the ones I want to move. I don't want to move them on rhino.

How can I get my points to move without it being disconjointed when I interpolate curve them?

Have you considered just moving the control points. Here is an example of moving the second control point of a curve perpendicular to its tangent without influencing the others.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Only problem is, I'm really new to grasshopper and my components have words on them instead of symbols like yours. It would be helpful if you could name some of them (the ones in the box?) 'cause I'm having a hard time guessing! Thanks again!
Hey Rachel

You can change the all the components to icons by going to the View menu at the top then clicking on Draw Icons about 3/4 of the way down the list. Its also possible to change components to icon's/text individual or even rename them if you right click on the components name, then click though the options at the top next to the name box.

Fancy Wires is worth turning on too if you have not already as this will show what are in tree's and what are not etc.

You will also find Plane Radius in view menu list which is usefall if yorking on small units but on a large scale, thus by default planes are set to 1 so sometimes mircoscopic or massive.

Hope these help.

Matt
Thanks! I will bear in mind of all those things!
Hi Blur,

In case you didn't get it from Matt's post here's a crib sheet:

Ooh! Thanks a lot for that! Very helpful indeed!
