Master plans and urban design

Does anybody know any examples of master planning that required grasshopper or at least some generative design program / strategy even if its a plan that is pre-computers that uses some old mathematical techniques we adapt today, PLEASE NO zaha's stuff. Also, I don't care if it look like parametricism (I almost prefer it does not). Thanks.

Although it is not on their website, I also think one of MVRDV's early proposals, the Delft Housing Study (1992) is a great example of parametric urbanism. You can see it in FARMAX and there is an image on our mlab site here:
