problem with component "Solid difference"

1. Rhino does not like really(I mean REALLY) large objects. I dont know exactly why, but as this issue rolls over forum from time to time, Iam familiar with it.

2. Boolean difference wont work well (unpredictable) with open breps.

3. I dont know exactly what you want to achieve, but as I see, there should be rather brep/plane intersection (which will produce some planar curves, but its easy to make it a planar surface)

I want to do, are the cuts for recessed ribs.

No reason is because there are no cuts, if large areas are in the same plane as the cutting surfaces.

I am attaching another definition in which use a similar procedure but then I had success.

I think the problem is in the dimention of the branches that reach the component "splitsurface"

In component "suface CP" enter 61 points, but not because there comprenso to 81 points left!
