Mohamad Khabazi - fabrication HELP PLEASE

Hi All , im a new starter to grasshopper and have been working through the wonderful Mohamad Khabazi lessons,

im currently have a surface and want to take in to the next level in fabrication via a laser cutter,
however I been following Mohamad Khabazi fabrication section in the PDF, pages 155
however im completely lost by this

" in the step i used a ( bounding box ) component to find the area that i want to work on.
then useing a explode component ( surface > analysis > brep components) i have access it edges, i selected the first and second one ( index 0 and 1 )

how do i get this to select the the edges ?

does any one know the answer to this , or is this defination online to download so i can compare my problems

The method is in the image which follows those lines. He uses the "List Item" component (which is under Logic > List) which lets you select individual items out of a list by their index value - like edges out of the list of edges created by the BRep Explode (or a smaller list if you give it a list of indices)
