Problem: sorting circles by radius adn giving them an inner circle

Hi

I am pretty new to grashopper and have a simple problem that I cant solve.

I have a number of circles in different sizes and I would like to sort them by the size of their radiuses. Those with a radius smaller then 1, those with a radius between 1-3 and those with a radius larger then 3.

I would after this give each of the circles an inner circle with a size/radius controled by the three radius categories. So those with a radius smaller then 1 will have an inner central circle that are 0.1, those with a radius between 1-3 will have an inner central circle that are 0.2 and those with a radius larger then 3 will have an inner central circle that are 0.4.

Does anyone have any idea to do this in simple way?

I would be truly thankful for any ideas or proposals!
