Hi fernando,

If you want to run multiple instances through Grasshopper definitions then you must try and avoid flattening data streams. Where you would think to flatten one input, try grafting the other instead.

Dany Brilliant!

Still do not understand what changed "graf" and function "Pshift" but the definition does what I need!

I need to study the functions of the Group Tree to improve my definitions. Many of my mistakesare there.

Thanks!

Hola Danny:

I made a few changes to get the joints and the following occurs:

Because applying the function "sdiff" get 80 elements when in fact I hope only 9?

I've added a better sorting method for the vertical frames. This utilises my Perimeter Sort method illustrated in the Samples and Examples section of the forum.

I've also fixed the inputs to the Solid Difference so that you get the correct number of objects.

But this has introduced an error in the SDiff component where there is not enough "intersection" between sets. To fix this you will need to make the subtraction set slightly larger. I have done this very basically by offsetting the curve by 0.001mm but this might not be ideal for you, so I suggest you look at scaling NU or something similar.

If you want to see results with error just bypass the purple group, its to do with tolerances in the Rhino document but I didn't manage to get it to work by changing them. Hence the workaround of enlarging one set

Thanks for your time Danny.

You can pass me the link you mention the sorting method?

Danny and I have pretty much!

as I make all paths of the input shaft to the function "FLIP" have the same length?

The first part is already working!
