closest point from multiple points

Im very new to Grasshopper and was wondering if anyone can help me with the following. I have a set of numbers which are the centerpoint of surfaces. At the same time I have a group of other points surorunding these surfaces. I want to draw a line from every single surface centerpoint to the closest point that surrounds the surfaces. I am only able to draw a line from one surrounding point to one single surface. However, how do I get it so that grasshopper draws every single line from every single surface to its closest surrounding point?

I attached a Rhino and grasshopper. However I am very stuck, any help is greatly appreciated.

I need all the red points to find their closest blue points and draw a line between them.
