help solid union error

hi 

I have made to pipe joint to connect curve profile.

this one, I success to make pipe joint that three curves are connected.

but 

another one, I fail to make this joint that six curves are connected.

see inside six pipes overlap. but in overlap center position, solid is not deleted.

so I need a help to delete solid overlapping.

attach a rhino file and grasshopper file.

Hi Kim! this is very curious, i cant solve like you but  if you separate every tube in a list...it works, maybe i dont resolve your question but at least you have the intersections ;)   Best Regards.

Very weird, if you extend the curves generating the pipes, so all pipes intersect each other, the usual way works and lucas trick doesnt !

but I don't understand that

Solid union component doesn't work to use input data 'all of cap's breps',

but it can work to use input data '8 seperate breps list'

(I feel frustrated because I can't express myself well in English :(  )
