algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Object oriented behaves strangely

Hi,I have oriented an object from an ISO cruve created in Grasshopper, the object orienting interestingly when the slider set at 24 or less and 25 or more. The reference Surface and Object is set at Rhino.Could someone help me on finding out what I did wrong.
