X and Y scaling factors will be 1.0, Z scaling factor will be whatever you need it to be. Then make sure that the plane z-direction is parallel with the 1D scaling direction you want.

You can also orient from plane X'Y'Z' to XYZ, Scale NU, then orient back from XYZ to X'Y'Z'
