algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Dear all,
I got a very simple case. Its only 2 Parameters to handle:
Parameter 1: the number of level.
Parameter 2: divide of opening on a floor.(increasing and progressive number. E.g. Floor1 with 4, Floor 2 with7, Floor3 with 12...etc)
The only things fixed are the 3 anchors.
Actually, this is very banal geometry, and it seems dosent make any sense to make it parametically. But once if we have to change it along a freeform tube, then it becames more complicate.
So, if anybody have idea how to approach it? I would very appreciate to ur opinion.

Hi Frank,
I did a bit of work for RWNB's tiling definitions that increased/decreased the number of divisions earlier in the year. Maybe you could adapt it to suit your needs:

Hi Frank,
Sorry about late reply, I've been away for the long weekend.
In this scenario it's easier to cull the branches that hold those rectangles at the end of the definition as it is to get the right numbers to generate only the required geometry. See attached
Did you see the circular method further down the thread? : http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/grid-customization?commen...
