Tent/ web structure help

I am a new new user to grasshopper am having trouble making my tent like structure, I have made the radii an the concentric circles but the circles need to intersect the lines, so if I were to move the centre point up vertically the concentric circles would move up too.

I am also unsure how in the image I might be able my model to stretch and bend, rather than be in a straight lines, if using kangaroo plugin might do the trick.

My aim is then to make the same model in a more hexagonal shape, rather than a circle, then replicate these to form a larger surface and then play with stretching the centre points up and down.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Here's an idea that uses catenary curves to get the relaxation. The label 'Division Pts Along the Catenary' should read 'Segments Along the Catenary'.
