deinstall grasshopper and delete the grasshopper folder inside rhino/plug-in/
after that reinstall

Yep, these are very old files (they still use "EH_" prefixes, which is from the Explicit History era. Modern files use the "GH_" prefix for GrassHopper.

If uninstalling + reinstalling doesn't work, search your harddrive for files with the extension *.ehc and *.gha, these indicate a left-over Grasshopper installation.
