Try download http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=3387, i had the same problem.

still dosent work, only try to downgrade

the operation system is win7 32bit

x86 is windows 32bit

Ammmm, then ... i don't know, that helped me, Try with c++ 2005 maybe c++ 2010

the link of the update above is not the same as this,
that is mentioned on the Grasshopper download page.
