Problem with InCircle + Intersecion

I have a Triangular Diagrid on a surface, then I make "Incircle" inside every triangle, the problem is when I make an intersection between the triangles and the InCircles, there are missing points.

If every Incircle is created from 3 points in the triangles, I supose that the intersection will show me 3 points for every triangle. But sometimes are only 2.

Any idea of where can be the error?

Hmm - I can't reproduce this with an arbitrary surface - can you also upload the surface you're using?

On Rhino 4 or 5 with GH 0.8.0050 I am getting exactly 3 intersection points for every circle when applying your definition to this surface. Have you tried upgrading Grasshopper? Alternately you might try adjusting the document tolerance, but otherwise I'm baffled.
