algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me?  I am trying to find the intersection between two sets of closed breps and subtract or hide that intersection from one of the sets of breps.  I am able to find the intersection, but I do not know how to delete it.

'Trim Solid' should do the trick.
yes, but how then can I hide/delete the areas that are intersecting?
I have been looking at discussions and I think I test my trimmed object to see if a point is inside the breps that I trimmed against and then use cull to remove those areas... but I don't know which cull to use or how to go about it
Try using 'List Item' to get the specific BRep you want.

Can you post the definition?

Chris

Boolean Difference might be the solution to this.

maybe solid difference or trim solid?

Can I just ask, when you talk about hiding the geometry, are you aware of the Enable/Disable Preview settings for each component in GH. These have now moved to the Radial Menu in v0.8.0050 accessed by the middle button. Previous versions had them on the toolbar same icons.

If you are aware and think my question beneath you then I apologies :)
