algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Problem with GH install

Hi, I have been trying to install the latest GH and been having problems

 

-Rhino 4, Windows 64 bit

 

The error message is attached, after i hit ok, it says "failed to initialliize rhp plugin" i have also got the same message saying dll

 

Solutions I have already tried include,

 

-Updating Rhino (is now sp9)

-Updating C++

-Using pluginmanager to intall .dll and .rhp file (to no avail)

 

These seem to be the solutions that worked for everyone else but they are not working for me. Does GH need some kind of internet connection for the first innitilization? Im in China right now and there are wierd internet restrictions that mess with stuff so maybe thats it?

Can you manually uninstall each plugin. Attempting to launch GH after each unistall. To see which one is preventing it. This is a possible solution I have seen David suggest.

I will try that,

 

The only non default plugins I have are

 

Vray

ArchCut

InPlaceBlockEdit

 

If I uninstall and then install GH, and then reinstall the plugins will they all work again? as I kinda need Vray.

Did you download the 32-bit version as GH is a 32-bit application? Filename: vcredist_x86.EXE
