algorithmic modeling for Rhino

intersection untrimmed surfaces

hallo, 

my goal is to get an overall similar wide gap inbetween the faces of this brep.

so if i explode the brep and use the curves together with pipe then the outcome will be a overall similar wide object as untrimmed surfaces. but how am i able to intersect or work with any kind of boolean operation with the untrimmed surfaces from the explode brep to cut the overlap away?

What about using the Offset on Srf component.

is there then a possibility to unroll these surfaces to laser cut them?

As these are planar surfaces you could use the Orient Component to array the surfaces on the cplane.

There is a lot of wastage in this particular example. You could look into something like RhinoNest to reduce this.
