algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I subdivided a surfase using the Divide/subsrf/explode method. the idea is to manupulate all panels equially (or individually for that matter) in order to generate a proliferation. once I found the normal to each panel, I inserted a PL (plane normal) into each panel and noticed that they were not all oriented uniformally. what i noticed is that in some of the planes had the x or y axis rotated 90 or 180 degrees. the result is that if I insert an ellipse into each panel, the objects would not be oriented unifomally. Why would this be, and how can Imake sure that all planes are equally oriented (still related to the normal of each panel)?

I made them equally spaced just for the shake of the example I want them unequally, dependent on a list.

You can use PFrame (different from PFrameS).  The parameter lets you choose where you want it, and the zero-twisting thing will try to keep orientation (without guarantees)

To be sure, use a plane component with more inputs. You cannot assume the normal is enough info in every case.
I am actually using the normal plane, cause i want to find the perpendicular vectors on each polyline on each specific point, so if I were to put more information on a plane I wouldn't know where to find those informations since I am using the normal plane to generate them.
