Hi Rainer,

 

technically yes, but the Mesh->Brep conversion is very expensive, especially if the mesh has many faces. It would be much easier and faster to supply volume calculations for meshes directly.

I attached a file with a VB script component that computes closedness, areas and volumes of single meshes.

FYI, MeshEdit by [uto] also does this...  maybe not closedness though.
