algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi Rassul,
I think you need to subtract 1 from the input to the SDivide component's UV inputs as you are getting 10*10 = 100 subsurfaces and 11*11 = 121 image samples
dear danny,
there was already a reference to it.
embarrassing, i should delete this. (:
thanks anyway
What reference are you referring to? Whilst it was a simple mistake I wouldn't beat yourself up about it as it's not an obvious one.
There is a further issue with your definition as you have it. The surface that you have supplied is in the wrong plane. x axis is where the Y should be and Y where the x should be.
I have started to insert a picture frame to work with as you can easily see when things are wrong.
Hi Rassul,
I have applied Rutten's 4th Law of Grasshopper to your definition :)
PS the slowness is the creating one closed BRep for each cell
I'm sorry I cannot help, meshes aren't my forté, maybe it's something Giulio could help with.
Where did the Mesh Parameter window come from?
dear danny,
you get the window by right click on the input S parameter
of "mesh brep comp" and choose set mesh options.
PS. i'm surprised about that you don't know it.
I've always done it by Settings(custom) component. But I was trying to get it from the Wb component as it was highlighted in green and getting very frustrated!
PS I've pointed this thread in the direction of Guilio
