algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I’ve got a pickup with a utility rack for ladders and materials, and I’m trying to find a tonneau cover that works well with it. Some covers seem to interfere with the uprights or make it hard to use the rack. I’d prefer something flush-mounted if possible, and it needs to be durable since I’m in construction and haul gear almost every day. Any setups out there that are rack-friendly?

I ran into the same issue when I added a rack system to my F150, and after some digging, I found a combo that works. I found everything I needed through bak-flip.com which helped me figure out compatibility before ordering. I went with a folding cover that sits low and clears my rack setup, no problem. What’s key is that the rails mount inside the bed rails instead of over them, so you can still install most clamp-on racks. My cover folds up fully without hitting the uprights, and I can still lock the tailgate and keep my tools dry. I use my truck daily for work and it’s held up under constant loading and unloading. Installation took about 90 minutes solo, and all the parts were labeled clearly. Their site had diagrams and even a fit guide that saved me a headache. I’d recommend using that before buying anything, especially if your rack setup is already in place.
