I was frustrated when my Booking.com reservation confirmed a different room than the one I selected. I wasted no time and contacted booking customer support to sort it out. They coordinated with the hotel and fixed the issue quickly. Now, I always double-check my confirmation emails to make sure everything’s correct right after booking.
