algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I recently bought a FIXD OBD2 scanner, and I’ve encountered some technical difficulties while trying to connect it to my car. I reached out to customer support but haven’t received the best response yet. I’m curious if anyone else has had better luck or has advice on how to get in touch with FIXD’s customer service more efficiently. Is their support usually responsive, or should I expect delays?

I used fixd to check my car’s engine health, but it didn’t provide accurate results. The app kept showing different error codes than what was actually wrong with the vehicle, and when I reached out for support, I didn’t receive much help. Overall, it wasn’t worth the investment.
