I ordered a pair of shoes online from JCPenney, but they didn’t fit as expected. When I tried to return them to the store, the process was a lot more complicated than I thought it would be. The staff seemed unsure about the return policy, and it took forever for them to process my return. I’ve shopped at JCPenney for years, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
